Hi, I’m Linh – a certified permanent makeup artist and the founder of LinhLe Brows & Lips, based in Westminster, CA.

Before discovering my passion for beauty, I worked as a registered nurse in Vietnam. That foundation in medicine gave me a deep respect for hygiene, safety, and careful technique – values I carry into every single appointment.

I specialize in brow artistry and lip services that look natural, feel comfortable, and last. My goal is never to change you – it’s to reveal the best version of you.

From Nurse
to Artist

My journey into permanent makeup wasn’t a straight line – it was a calling. After years in nursing, I realized I wanted to work not just to heal, but to empower. I discovered permanent makeup and instantly fell in love with how it could transform someone’s confidence with just a few careful strokes.

I trained under some of the best PMU educators in the United States, earning certifications in microblading, ombre powder brows, lip blush, and eyeliner tattoo. I continue to invest in education every year to bring my clients the safest, most up-to-date techniques.

Today, LinhLe Brows & Lips is my greatest pride – a space where every client is seen, heard, and caredfor.
